OCTOBER 28th
10-10:45 am – Super Parents & Kids class!
An excellent opportunity for families to train and have fun together! It will be a special class, with tailored self-defense techniques and fun games. We encourage kids to dress up as their favorite superhero. In the end, they will get an exclusive GB Ste Anne goody bag!
11-12pm – All Levels class – Top tricks from GBWS!
Get ready for the real action! Professor Marcelo will show you, in first hand, all the latest and most efficient techniques presented at the GB World Summit. But that’s not all! The rolling will have a thrilling playlist to inspire us. (PS: Teen students are welcome to join this class)
12-1pm – Monster Open Mat!
Not for the weak! Time to go for the extra mile and practice all you learned. Still with a soundtrack, of course!
